Expertly crafted Bakskuld, featuring a stunning glaze inspired by the coastline of Fanø. Comes with a tail string for hanging to be displayed on the wall.

Bakskuld, originating from Fanø in the 1700s, is a traditional local delicacy. It is a unique flatfish that is hung outside to dry and salt on the beautiful old houses of Fanø.
Each piece is individually crafted with care in my studio, located among the quaint streets of Nordby, just 200 meters from the water.
Made with stoneware, this ''bakskuld'' is suitable for outdoor placement, but caution should be taken on windy days.
